Contenders Athletic Club



We have knowledgeable instructors who are passionate about supporting our members through their boxing journey. Our front desk staff are working hard to provide a clean and inviting environment for our members. Together we strive to create an inclusive and friendly community for our members regardless of their age, gender or skill levels.

Whether you have a monthly membership or a drop-in pass, please note that online registration is mandatory for all boxing classes. No walk-ins please! You can register for classes on our online calendar or in app on both the Google Play store and Apple App store under ‘Contenders Training Studio’.

Cancellation of your registration must be done by 6 hours before the start time of the class. Cancellation of your personal training appointments must be done by 24 hours before the start time of the appointments.

Your membership/drop-in pass gives you the access to;

  • Boxing classes taught by our experienced instructors. Boxing Fundamentals is our recommended first class.
  • All the fitness equipment in our Athletic Club to enjoy your own workout including squash courts.
  • Complimentary Unlimited Yoga bookings.
  • Our spacious locker room and shower. Please bring your own towel. Also, lockers in our women’s locker room do not have locks on. Please bring your own lock.

Additionally, if you have a monthly membership, you have an option to rent a permanent locker. ($20/month for a large size. $10/month for a small size.) Please note that our daily lockers that are available in our locker rooms for free will be emptied at the end of every day, and cannot be used as permanent lockers.
